Tandoori Paneer Tikka

Ingredients

½ cup yogurt

3 tablespoon Swad tandoori masala

1 tablespoon chaat masala

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon red chili powder

1 teaspoon amchur powder

Salt as needed

1 tablespoon kasuri methi

2 tablespoon lemon juice

One pound paneer (cut into 1 inch cubes)

One red onion (cut into 1 inch cubes)

One green bell pepper (cut into 1 inch cubes)

One red bell pepper (cut into 1 inch cubes)

One small coal

Lemon wedges for serving

Oil for grilling

Swad Mango chutney

Tandoori Paneer Tikka is an amazing vegetarian option you can have at your barbecue. The coal smoked juicy chunks of paneer marinated in a punchy hot and sour tandoori masala skewered up with onion petals, and pieces of peppers create a bold, spicy, and flavorful dish for your barbecue table!

Instructions

1) In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, tandoori masala, chaat masala, paprika, red chili powder, amchur powder, salt, kasuri methi and lemon juice. Mix well.

2) Add paneer, onion, green bell pepper and red bell pepper. Mix well.

3) Place a small bowl in the middle of the mixture and put a piece of hot coal inside it and drizzle it with a bit of oil, as it smokes, close the lid for about 30 seconds.

4) Refrigerate the marinade for 2 hours.

5) On wooden skewers, add the marinated onion, paneer, green bell pepper and red bell pepper.

6) In a heated oil pan, grill the skewers for 4 minutes on each side.

7) Serve with lemon wedges and Swad Mango chutney.
