White chocolate - 2 cups (500g)
Heavy Cream - 3/4 cup
Butter - 2 Tbsp.
Saffron - 1/2 tsp
Shredded coconut - 1 cup
Pistachios (chopped) - 1 cup

Instructions
How To Make White Chocolate Saffron Truffles:
1) In a small saucepan on medium / low heat, add 3/4 cup heavy cream, 2 tbsp. butter and 1/2 tsp saffron.
2) Heat until just warm, about 3-5 minutes.
3) Once the cream mixture is warmed, turn off the heat and add in 2 cups of white chocolate.
4) Mix everything until it is well incorporated and all of the chocolate is melted.
5) Transfer the truffle mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.
6) After 2 hours, remove from the fridge and let it come to room temp for about 20 mins.
7) Using a tablespoon ,scoop out some of the mixture and roll into a ball.
8) Roll the ball in pistachio and coconut.
