Ingredients

Watermelon - 1 cup (deseeded, cubed)

Cold Milk - 4 cups

Roof Afza - 6 tbsp

Ice Cubes - 1 cup

Soaked Sweet Basil Seeds - 8 tbsp

Vanilla Ice Cream - 4 scoops

Not all of us are lucky to visit Old Delhi and drink the famous Pyar Mohabbat Sharbat first-hand, but you can always make one at your home. Try this recipe hailing from the lanes of purani dilli made with rooh afza, watermelon topped with vanilla ice cream.

Instructions

1) Dice watermelon into small pieces.

2) Take out seeds from watermelon.

3) Transfer diced watermelon into a mixing bowl.

4) Add 4 cups of cold milk into the bowl.

5) Add 6 tbsp of rooh afza into the bowl.

6) Mix well. Set the mixture aside.

7) In a glass, add ice, mixture, and 8 tbsp of sweet basil seeds.

8) Add 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream before serving.
