3 cups Milk

2 packets Rabri Mix

Food Color as needed (optional)

4 Oranges

Our quick 1 minute recipe for refreshing Orange Kulfi in orange shells. A flavorful combination of fresh orange juice and creamy kulfi. You won't be able to resist having more.

Instructions

1) In a heated pot, add milk and let it come up to a boil.

2) Add Rabri mix and stir well.

3) Once the mixture becomes thick, strain the mixture into a bowl and let it cool.

4) Hollow out oranges shell and squeeze out the juice.

5) In the mixture, add orange juice and mix well.

6) Add food color and mix well.

7) Pour the mixture into orange hollow shells

8) Freeze for 4 hours.

9) Cut the Orange Kulfi into slices before serving.
