Moong Dal Tikki

Ingredients
1 cup Moong dal (soaked for 30 minutes)
Salt as needed
2 tsp fresh cilantro
4 green chillies
2 tsp mint leaves
8 curry leaves
2 boiled potatoes
1 tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tbsp coriander powder
½ tbsp cumin powder
½ tbsp chaat masala
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 chopped onion
6 tbsp Gram flour
Water as needed
Oil for frying

Instructions
1) Soak the moong daal for 15 minutes before cooking.
2) Add water in a pan and bring it to boil.
3) Add the moong daal and salt. Stir occasionally and cook until done.
4) Strain the water from the Moong daal and set aside for now.
5) In a chopper, add green chillies, cilantro, mint leaves and curry leaves and chop all the ingredients.
6) Chop moong daal in a chopper.
7) Add moong dal, potatoes, green mixture in a bowl and mix well.
8) Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, lemon juice and onion and mix well.
9) After that add the gram flour and mix well.
10) Take the mixture and make kebabs.
11) In a frying pan, add oil and fry the kebab on medium flame until golden on both sides.
12) Serve with Swad Mint Chutney.
