Instructions
1) In a bowl, add about 400g of halved brussel sprouts, 4 Tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp red chili flakes, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp chaat masala, and a sprinkle of salt to taste.
2) Toss everything together so that the brussel sprouts are well coated.
3) In a pan on medium heat, roast the brussel sprouts until they are tender and golden brown - about 15 minutes.
4) Remove from heat and drizzle with tamarind sauce to finish.
